[Events] 2009 Seattle Rally

  • WHERE: Lindbergh High School (16426 128th Ave SE Renton, WA 98058 )
  • WHAT: a great opportunity to meet Key Clubbers from other divisions and to grow as leaders
  • THEME: Sound of Puget Service


Overview of events:

*program is subject to change, but training sessions are mandatory and available

  • 10:00-11:00 a.m. – Registration
  • 11:05a.m.-12:00 p.m. – Opening Events
  • 12:05-12:50 p.m. – Forums Session I
  • 1:00-2:00 p.m. – Lunch
  • 2:05-2:50 p.m. – Forums Session II
  • 3:00-4:00 p.m. – Closing Festivities


Things to wear/bring:

  • Divisional spirit gear (t-shirt, etc.)
  • Other divisional spirit objects (face paint, banners, etc.) [optional]
  • Pen/pencil, paper to take notes [optional]
  • Our division color is ROYAL BLUE. Wear this color, a LOT.

At the DCM on July 29th, we will be practicing spirit cheers, making hug-me/high-five passes, divisional signs, etc. in preparation for Seattle Rally.


All clubs should make & gather some divisional spirit objects on their own time, like banners, stickers, face paint, etc. Remember to bring this extra stuff to Seattle Rally!


This year, our division WILL WIN the spirit stick, cuz we’re the best! Let’s show the other divisions what 33 is made of!!!



CONCERNING REGISTRATION...

Mailing in registration and checks for Seattle Rally is now closed.


Thank you to all the clubs that submitted everything in to me in time. I really appreciated it. Next time, someone needs to look over all the forms and make sure mistakes aren’t made before turning them in so that I don’t need to fix them.


If someone in your club made a mistake (forgot to include registration form, medical release, and/or check), then that should have already been taken care of by now. Medical release forms DID NOT need to be notarized for Seattle Rally.


Great job everyone! We have 60+ people registered from our division!


*There is one last opportunity for people that want to go but weren’t able to fill out and submit the necessary forms because two months wasn’t enough for them.


Registration, medical release and $5 (cash accepted at this point) can be turned in on the day of the rally, but we only have a limited amount of space for people to do this. These people must be prompt in coming early enough and take care of things immediately upon arrival.
