Adding the Calendar

Be sure to view the calendar in "Month" or "Agenda" mode using the tabs in the top right corner of the page. It's a simpler, easy-to-read way of reading the calendar than in "Week" mode.

If you have a Google account, please add it to your calendars using the following steps.

• Log in to your Google account.
• Go to http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=ltg.william%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Los_Angeles .
• In the bottom right corner, click "+ Google Calendar."

To access the calendar from other applications, use http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/ltg.william%40gmail.com/public/basic . You can copy and paste this into any feed reader.

If you use an Apple computer, you can access this calendar from the iCal application.

• Open iCal (you can search for it by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner of your desktop).
• Select Calendar > Subscribe... (on the taskbar).
• In the form, copy and paste http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/ltg.william%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
• Click the "Subscribe" button.
