[Leadership] Committee Chairs

A very brief guide to Thomas Jefferson High School's Standing Committee Chair System.
There are three categories for committee chairs: Projects, Membership, and Public Relations. Two committee chairs head each of the three categories; at least one committee chair heads each inner committee.
Committee chairs must hold at least one committee meeting per month within their categories. Therefore, there should be at least three separate committee meetings per month.
Minimal duties are colored in red.
Projects (contact event coordinators, arrange for project leaders, announce projects)
- Major Emphasis (organize events with service partners, arrange for participation in the service initiative and Governor's Project)
- K-Family (attend sponsoring Kiwanis Club meetings, organize participation in K-Family Month and Key Club Week)
- Program (distribute agendas, reserve room for meetings)
- Social (organize interclub events, icebreakers, and potluck-style meetings)
